All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Payment can be made using the methods listed on the Site. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.3 Taxes and Fees

Prices may not include applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by government authorities or other third parties. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific Service booked. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the booking process. In general, the following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled departure date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the scheduled departure date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure date: No refund

5.2 Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Change fees may apply.

5.3 Cancellation by Maple Horizon Tours

We reserve the right to cancel any Service due to insufficient participation, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of an alternative Service (if available) or a full refund.

6. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

6.1 Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to have the proper documentation.

6.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against loss due to cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our Service prices unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Health and Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit for travel. Some of our Services may involve physical activities of varying intensity. You should consult with a healthcare professional before booking if you have any concerns about your ability to participate.

7. Intellectual Property
